Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dubedo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

You may use Dubedo to translate and dub video and audio content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
• You may only clone or synthesize a voice when you own that voice or have clear permission from the speaker.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are consumed when you dub content. Credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Data and content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service, including processing by GPU providers such as Cerebrium. We do not use your content to train AI models. Files remain available while the related project or voice exists and may be deleted after a period of inactivity depending on your plan.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
