1. Who we are

Dubedo (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered dubbing service. We help you translate and dub video and audio content into other languages. Our service is accessible at dubedo.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following information when you use Dubedo:

  • Account information — your email address and name when you sign up or sign in with Google.
  • Video and audio files — files you upload for dubbing. These are stored securely and used solely to provide the dubbing service.
  • Usage data — information about how you use the service, including jobs created, credits used, and session activity.
  • Payment information — if you purchase credits, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the dubbing service
  • To manage your account and credits balance
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation)
  • To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your account and project metadata is stored in Supabase. Uploaded media and generated outputs are stored in Cloudflare R2. Processing may run through Cerebrium GPU infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Uploaded files are retained while your project exists and can be deleted by you at any time by deleting the project or account.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Dubedo:

  • Supabase — authentication and database
  • Cloudflare R2 — file storage
  • Cerebrium - GPU processing for audio separation, speech recognition, and text-to-speech
  • Anthropic — AI translation (text only, no video/audio sent)
  • Stripe — payment processing

6. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes your account, all projects, voice clones, files, and credit balance. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data or ask any privacy-related questions.

Voice cloning features must only be used with voices you own or have permission to use. Reference clips are processed only to provide the requested voice feature and are deleted when the related voice or account is deleted.

7. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
